Background

Cory M. Eisenhard is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of South Carolina and an AI job analyst. His research focuses on discovering and understanding work designs that have emerged in recent years by integrating theory and methods from human resource management and computer science. He uses cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning technologies to examine AI transformation in the world of work, researching the consequences of AI augmentation and AI automation for performance, satisfaction, safety, and well-being. Dr. Eisenhard's research has been published in top academic journals. 

Dr. Eisenhard received his Ph.D. in Management—Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Michigan State University, where he also completed his MBA (concentrating in Human Resource Management and Finance) from Michigan State University. He holds a bachelor's degree in English and History from the University of Maryland.
