South Carolina Bar Foundation Public Interest Fellows Project

Through the generosity of the South Carolina Bar Foundation, the South Carolina Bar Foundation Public Interest Fellows Project is a summer effort to enhance the ability of South Carolina legal services organizations to provide legal assistance by hiring and placing public service-minded USC Rice 1Ls and 2Ls as law clerks with those organizations during the summer.  

Application Requirements

The SC Bar Public Interest Fellows Project provides funding for first-year and second-year law students in good academic standing for a maximum of 29 hours per week for up to ten weeks. All applications must be submitted through the Carolina Law Connect posting, which opens during winter break.
