Construction and Renovation

Every space tells a story, and our Construction and Renovation team helps bring those stories to life.  We manage the planning, design and construction of more than 30 facilities across USC’s Columbia campus, making sure every project supports the mission of the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support.  

How We Support the University

Our work is about creating environments where students can live, learn and connect — from residence halls to campus recreation spaces that shape their Carolina experience and make this campus feel like home.  

Each of our projects has a direct impact on bettering the spaces and places our students depend on to stay healthy and successful during their time on campus, and our team takes great pride in upholding that responsbility.
